     - Design-Bid-Build is the traditional approach and involves a linear design sequence that results in a set of construction contract documents         against which contractors submit fixed price bids.
     - Design-Build is used when the Owner is interested in a single point of resposibility for both design and construction. Under the design-build         process WEA can provide both design and construction services to the Owner.
     - Fast-Track means that construction begins before all of the drawings and specifications are complete. This can save time and money but also         adds greater risk to the project.
     - Construction Manager (Advisor) - WEA can represent the Owner in overseeing the progress of the project. This includes administration         of the contracts between sub-contractor and Owner, and keeping track of the work, payments, and construction scheduling.
