Technical Services
Our office offers seven areas of technical service plus bid and construction administration services.  While jointly managing, Gary Terschluse, President, oversees structural engineering and architectural services plus bid and construction administration services.  Ron Unnerstall, Vice President, oversees the civil, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing engineering.

Our approach in project delivery methods has been responsive and flexible.  In striving to meet our Clients' needs, we have used the traditional design-bid-build method, fast-track using a construction manager, and participated in design-build.  Whatever your project delivery needs, we have the expertise to accommodate.
