Gary Terschluse, P.E., S.E. and Ron Unnerstall, P.E. founded WEA in 1989 and both continue to be fully involved in all aspects of the business today. WEA presently has a staff of seven key personnel plus specialty consultants when required. To our knowledge, we are the only firm in mid-Missouri employing both architects and engineers. This unique aspect of WEA facilitates collaboration between disciplines that benefits every project.

We offer seven areas of technical service plus bid and construction administration services. Gary Terschluse, our President, oversees structural engineering and architectural services plus bid and construction administration services. Ron Unnerstall, V.P. oversees civil, mechanical, electrical, fire protection and plumbing engineering.
Our client-focused project delivery methods are responsive and flexible. We have used the traditional design-bid-build method, fast-track using a construction manager, and participated in design-build projects. Whatever your project delivery needs, we have the expertise to accommodate.
