Groundbreaking Ceremony for Heat and Control

A groundbreaking ceremony was held on Friday, November 4, 2016 for our Client,  Heat and Control Inc. in the Union Corporate Center at 135 Corporate Drive, Union, MO.  Heat and Control is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of food processing, seasoning, conveying, packaging and inspection equipment systems. They have manufacturing facilities and sales support offices worldwide.  Their new facility will be approximately 103,000 SF, which includes 87,000 SF of manufacturing area and 16,000 SF office area.
