Heat and Control – Construction Progress Photos

Construction of a new manufacturing facility for our client, Heat and Control, Inc. is underway and going well in the Union Corporate Center located in Union, MO.  The total manufacturing and office areas will total approximately 103,000 square feet.  The new facility will offer the latest in manufacturing capabilities, modern office and engineering space, including product testing rooms.  A key feature of the new facility is a demonstration/trial center that will provide comprehensive testing capability across a wide range of Heat and Control products.  It will offer the ability to test an integrated line of processing, conveying, coating and packaging equipment.

The structural steel subcontractor is Sieve Contractors and the Construction Manager is The Korte Company.
